Beware of the sale of (imitation) perfumes, decants and samples on unauthorized websites, subscription websites or in stores that are not on the list of authorized points of sale. These products may be cheap, synthetic imitations, outdated products or even stolen goods. They may also be products that are not manufactured by XERJOFF and CASAMORATI.

XERJOFF and CASAMORATI (of which we are the official distributor) are committed to preventing the sale of counterfeits and 'black market' products of the brands we represent.

The safety and satisfaction of our customers are the highest priorities for XERJOFF, CASAMORATI, AAFKES and our authorized retailers. We therefore want to warn you about (counterfeit) products offered on unauthorized websites and in stores.

We are aware that unauthorized websites and stores are selling products that (may) resemble those of XERJOFF and CASAMORATI, for example by counterfeiting logos and quality marks, which may mislead consumers. The products sold on these websites may have been opened, used, stolen, damaged, or have damaged packaging, no packaging, no batch codes, or have been stored incorrectly, which may cause damage to the product.

To protect yourself from stolen, outdated or potentially harmful products that are counterfeit or do not comply with EU regulations, we advise you to always buy perfumes from authorized retailers. For the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, you can find the list of authorized retailers on our website.

By purchasing from an authorized retailer, you can be assured that you will receive an authentic, safe and high-quality product that complies with EU regulations.

Avoid (online) shops that offer perfumes without batch codes, decoded perfumes or testers. These suppliers can and will never guarantee the origin of their products. Authorized sales outlets will always refer to AAFKES when asked about purchasing XERJOFF and CASAMORATI products.

Removing batch codes is dangerous and illegal. According to the EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009, Chapter VI Consumer Information, Article 19E, it is mandatory to display batch codes on perfume packaging (and bottles) to identify the product and to inform and protect the consumer.

Price discrepancies can be an indication of counterfeit, tampered or stolen products. Products offered through unauthorized sales channels may come from questionable sources or may not conform to the original manufacturer's specifications.

Websites of unauthorized dealers cannot guarantee the authenticity and origin of the products they sell. Nor can we, as the official distributor of XERJOFF and CASAMORATI, guarantee the authenticity and origin of products offered through these unauthorized websites and stores.

It is important to ask yourself if it is worth your health to buy perfumes from unauthorized (online) stores. By doing so, you may contribute to a market that is not transparent and may facilitate illegal activities.

The only way to guarantee that you are buying an authentic, safe and unadulterated product is to purchase it directly from one of the authorized points of sale. If you have purchased a product from an unauthorized point of sale that looks like a XERJOFF or CASAMORATI product, or that shows manipulations, such as damaged packaging or missing original packaging, we ask you to share the purchase information with us. In this way, you can help us in the fight against counterfeiting and the sale of such products on unauthorized websites and in stores.

Please note: The use of terms such as "CERTIFIED SHOP" or "CUSTOMER CERTIFIED" by a shop or webshop does not guarantee that they are actually an authorized point of sale. In our overview you will find the list of authorized points of sale and webshops.

We advise to buy your perfumes from authorized retailers. Only in this way can you be 100% sure that you are buying authentic products that comply with the applicable laws and standards.
